Deepika and Ranveer back in India, get a warm welcome by paparazzi!
Bollywood’s much loved couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are back in India after completing the UK shooting schedule of their upcoming film, ’83. The couple was all smiles for the paparazzi as they walked hand-in-hand on their way out from the Mumbai airport yesterday.
Deepika donned an all-black look, sporting a black sweatshirt teamed up with a black pair of pants and sneakers. On the other hand, her husband Ranveer was dressed in a white t-shirt and blue jeans paired with a green overcoat. They were wearing stylish black shades.

Ranveer had recently announced the schedule wrap on Instagram with a video of him raising a toast. He had captioned the post, “& that’s a schedule wrap, folks ! CHEERS @83thefilm.
The two had been in the UK for the past couple of months and were spending quality time together along with working on the film.
Actor Ranveer is playing the role of veteran cricketer Kapil Dev in the film ’83, while Deepika will be seen as his wife Romi Dev. The film is directed by Kabir Khan, and also includes Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Saqib Saleem, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Harrdy Sandhu and Ammy Virk in pivotal roles. The film is set to hit theatres on April 10 next year. Meanwhile, Deepika is awaiting the release of her film Chhapaak, in which she will be seen as an acid attack survivor. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film will release on January 10, 2020. The film also stars Vikrant Massey. It is also Deepika’s debut production.
This will be their first film together after the marriage. Although, the two have earlier worked in three films together-Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015), and Padmaavat (2018), all three directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The films were a huge success at the box office.
