(15/03/18) New Delhi: The upcoming budget session of Delhi Assembly which is slated to kick start from March 16, 2018 is likely to begin with a storm.

A day before budget, BJP, MLA and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Vijendra Gupta accompanied with other BJP MLAs have counted slew of issues to counter the AAP government in the budget session.

While addressing media at party office on Thursday he said that the opposition party will leave no stone unturned to make the government accountable.
He said, “Government’s apathy in dealing with sealing issue, anti-sealing bill, prevailing corruption in Labour Welfare Fund, allege assault of Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, shutting of 3,000 non-affiliated schools are some major issue we will raise during the budget session.”

He further said, BJP will not only support AAP government but also try to unanimously pass anti-sealing bill in the assembly if the government table it.

“We will also try to table private member bill and ask government’s stand on disqualification of 20 AAP, MLAs and they are still holding offices despite being disqualified by the Election Commission.” He added.

While taking a jibe on Delhi CM Arvind Kerjiwal, BJP, MLA, Om Prakash Sharma said, “Arvind Kerjiwal is no more ‘Janta ka CM’ he is availing all the facilities a CM has. I urge CM Kejriwal, take aside his arrogance and take part in the assembly proceedings and hear the house.”
