Delhi commuters faces difficulty amid Yellow alert in the territory.

New Delhi, December 30: Following the ongoing Yellow Alert in the Capital & DDMA’s order to cut the capacity of Delhi Metro & Busses by 50 percent, commuters from all over the Union Territory faced toil on December 30.

Huge crowd was spotted on Delhi roads, waiting for busses to commute.

One of the commuter protestingly said, “There is an enormous man power in Delhi; yet the government decreased the commuting capacity to 50% of Metro & busses without providing alternate facilities, there is no option for sharing Cab/Auto.”

The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Tuesday had implemented Yellow alert in the National Capital.

Delhi reported 923 positive Covid cases, zero deaths and 344 recoveries on Wednesday. Active cases are at 2,191. The Omicron tally in Delhi is at 263.
