#Delhi-NCR real estate prices stagnant in Jan-Mar; 3BHK units most popular: 99acres

Property prices per square feet in Delhi-NCR have witnessed a marginal growth of 1 per cent in January-March 2015 over October-December 2014, according to a report by 99acres.com.
Rental values have seen an average increase of 3 per cent in the January-March quarter COMPARED to the same quarter in the preceding year. Supply of residential apartments dipped from 71 per cent in the Oct-Dec 2014 to 64 per cent in Jan-Mar 2015. Houses with 3BHK units continue to be the most popular configuration of Delhi NCR’s inventory.
