Cop who ran over 3 women out on bail

NEW DELHI: A day after his alleged rash driving led to the death of three women in south Delhi’s Badarpur area, the accused sub-inspector of Delhi police got bail from a trial court on Wednesday. The accused policeman Rishipal got the relief after he sought bail on grounds that charges under which he had been arrested were all bailable offences. Rishipal, 59, who was deputed in the police control room (PCR) and was presently posted at Delhi Police headquarters, was arrested on charges of rash and negligent driving by the Delhi police on Tuesday.
