DELHI POLICE – GANG OF ROBBERS BUSTED, 10 CASES SOLVED.

Team of Special Staff West District has busted a gang of Robbers/Burglars with the arrest of following criminals. On their search, 04 mobile phones were recovered. Total 10 cases, 04 of Robbery by Choking & 02 of mobile theft & 04 of house theft have been worked out. All the accused persons are drug addict.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED :

Jafar s/o Mohd Wakil r/o H No 20 Gali No 20 Prem Nagar, Baljeet Nagar New Delhi Age 22 Yrs. He studied upto 4^th std. He is working in a factory.

Shekh Husain @ Raju s/o Shekh Rijabul r/o A1/2116, Gali No 6, Prem Nagar, Baljeet Nagar Delhi Age 22 Yrs. He is illiterate. He used to gather kabada from different areas & use to sell it to local kabadi.

Raja s/o Mohd Kallu @ Karma r/o Jhuggi No 155/188, W Block, Rakhi Market, Jhakhira Delhi. Age 22 Yrs. He is illiterate. He used to gather kabada from different areas & use to sell it to local kabadi.

DETAILS OF TEAM : On the basis of secret information of ASI Mohan Lal, a team of Special Staff comprising of SI Charan Singh, ASI Ishwar Singh, ASI Bhawnesh, HC Omkar, Ct Rajesh Ct Samunder & Ct Sunder, headed by Insp Surender Singh Rathee, under close supervision of Sh. Dinesh Kumar-ACP/Operation Cell West District, apprehended the above persons from Rajouri Garden, Delhi.

INTERROGATION : On their sustained interrogation, they revealed that they have come for committing robbery and selling the earlier robbed Mobile Phones. They earn their livelihood from kabaad collection in the early morning hours from different areas & selling it to kabadi. During this, whenever they notice any house open, they commit house theft also. They fell in bad company and started consuming Ganja. To make more money for meeting the expenses of Ganja addiction, they have started committing robbery of the articles which can be easily disposed off.

Further investigation is on. The staff who have done the above good work are being suitably rewarded.
