Delhi resident Mohammed Khursheed killed his sister-in-law in Bihar Afsana Khatoon for having an illicit affair with his elder brother after death of her husband.
A man wanted for killing his sister-in-law in Bihar was arrested in the capital on Friday. He had fled to Nepal after committing the murder and was declared an absconder.
