New Delhi, July 24, 2023: A Delhi Traffic Police constable, identified as Mahesh Chand, faced suspension after a widely circulated video showed him allegedly taking a bribe of ₹5,000 from a South Korean man for a traffic rule violation without providing an official receipt.

The incident, captured on the dashboard camera of the car, showed the constable accepting the cash but failing to issue any receipt for the fine, raising concerns over possible corruption in the enforcement of traffic regulations.
