Delhites pay tribute to Rani Lakshmi Bai on her death anniversary

Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi is considered as one of the greatest freedom fighters and leading nationalists of the country.

To mark her death anniversary, several Delhites gathered at Jantar Mantar to pay tribute to the legend.

Jun Messy, a citizen of Delhi, said that, Rani Lakshmi Bai is an emblem of Unity and we would like to convey message of peace and prosperity in the entire nation.

She further said that, peace is the necessity of current times and we urge all the citizens of India to do the needful for the cause.
