Discom offers discount for payment of dues

In order to facilitate payment of pending dues from electricity consumers in the city, Noida’s power discom has introduced a one-time settlement scheme. Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (PVVNL) will allow the scheme to remain open till February 28. If consumers avail of the scheme, the discom will provide a discount by waiving off 50 per cent of the surcharge. This is applicable for the payment of bills issued till December 31.
