Additionally last year, the Public Investment Board approved the 28.5-kilometer-long metro track between HUDA City Centre and Cyber City in Gurugram.
Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal praised the Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation staff for their efforts in getting the project approved by the Board.
He stated that it would provide an effective and environmentally beneficial transport system to the people of Haryana, particularly those residing in Gurugram and its surrounding areas.
This project would provide direct access from Gurugram to Indira Gandhi International Airport.
