sir with effect from 1st April 2017 state bank of India with their group merger banks enhanced their minimum balances for their savings bank accounts.in India so many crores of people getting their pension through sbi below 1000 rupees and they are spending their lives with retirement benefits deposites and pension day to day interest rates are going down like any thing and minimum balances are enhanced as per their will and pleasure how an ordinery man those who are getting below 1000 through sbi group branches survive.please look into the matter and some thing for them penality must with drawa for lower balances please keep as per the old limits are give some time to change their accounts to some other banks after getting conformation form concern provident fund authorities.I am awaiting for your reply my email id dprabhalingam@gmail.com.
