Drive against unauthorised colony in #Bhondsi
GURGAON: Acting against the unauthorised colony, enforcement wing of department of town and country planning demolished around 32 structures including an office of property dealer in Bhondsi.
An unauthorised colony was developed on around 10 acre of land on Bhondsi-Rithoj Road, acting on the complaint deputy commissioner of Gurgaon formed a team and after investigation demolished the illegal constructions in the upcoming unauthorised colony.
“An unauthorised colony was being developed where property dealers were selling plots to people,” said an official of DTCP (enforcement) and urges people to not purchase any land/house in the unauthorised colonies and without taking no-objection certificate (NOC) from the DTCP (enforcement) office. He said strict legal action will be taken against the people/builder/property dealers who promote unauthorized colonization.
Along with this demolition squad also destroyed 19 hoardings in 30 meter restricted green belt along Gurgaon-Sohna Scheduled road (Bhondsi to Alipur).
