DUE TO DTC BUS STRIKE DELHI METRO SERVED 3 LAKH EXTRA PASSENGERS ON MONDAY

Around 20 extra trips by trains today. Extra ticket counters opened at Badarpur and Tuglakabad stations of Line 6.To tackle extra rush of passengers adequate no. of surplus tokens were kept at major Metro stations.Mondays’ average ridership at 8pm is around 21 lakh.Today at 8pm it was 22.92 lakh. Increase of abt 2.92 lakh in ridership by 8pm today.Cotrection:Increase is 1.92 lakh227 feeder buses on 30 routes today
