EPCH extends Financial Assistance to family of Handicraft Exporter
Jodhpur, Rajasthan 23rd January 2025: EPCH today extended financial assistance to the family of one of the handicraft exporters from Jodhpur. This act of support underscores EPCH’s commitment to the welfare and well-being of handicrafts exporters.
The late Babulal Jangid, M/s Gayatri Arts, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, a vlued exporter tragically passed away on 14th June, 2023. Recognizing the significant contributions made by Babulal Jangid, both to the industry and our community, EPCH has initiated this financial assistance to ensure that the family receives the necessary support during this challenging time. A cheque of Rs 10 lakh was presented to the family by Hansraj Baheti, Member CoA EPCH, Lekhraj Maheshwari, past Chairman EPCH, R K Verma, Executive Director EPCH in the presence of prominent exporters.
Dileep Baid, Chairman, EPCH, said that “We are deeply saddened by the loss of Babulal Jangid. Our decision to provide financial assistance is a testament to the respect and admiration we hold for him. It is our hope that this support will help the family navigate through these difficult days.”
R. K. Verma, Executive Director, EPCH shared that this financial assistance includes an amount of Rs 10 Lakhs, aimed at supporting the immediate needs and future endeavors of the family. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and remain committed to standing by them during this time of loss.
