New Delhi (29 August 2024): As preparations for Bharat Tex 2025 gear up, set to take place from February 14 to 17, 2025, a Steering Committee meeting was held on August 28, 2024, to finalize details and discussions.
In an exclusive conversation with Ten News, Dr. Neeraj Khanna, Deputy Chairman of EPCH, expressed his gratitude to the Indian government for their support of the second edition of Bharat Tex. He noted, “I would like to thank the Indian government for their support of Bharat Tex. The previous edition was a great success. Through your channel, I want to emphasize that this expo provides an excellent platform to showcase various categories, including handicrafts.”
Dr. Khanna highlighted that Bharat Tex 2025 will feature a blend of handcrafted goods and machinery, with 20% of the handicrafts produced using machine processes. This combination promises a diverse display for attendees.
He further mentioned that international publicity for the event has already begun, with promotions through embassies, airports, world-class magazines, and roadshows. “I am optimistic that buyers from various countries will recognize the potential in our country, leading to a successful Bharat Tex 2025,” Dr. Khanna added.
Bharat Tex is designed as a platform where both sellers and buyers can benefit. It provides buyers with a venue to purchase goods and offers exhibitors a chance to showcase their products, fostering natural business growth.
