New Delhi, (30/11/2018) : Ex coal secretary H C Gupta along with special CBI Judge Bharat Parashar were found guilty by a Delhi Court in corruption charges and criminal conspiracy today in a coal scam case relating to allotment of coal blocks in West Bengal.
