New Delhi, July 24, 2023: In a dramatic turn of events, former Rajasthan Minister Rajendra Singh Gudha has leveled serious accusations against Congress MLAs and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

Gudha claimed that he was subjected to physical assault, including punches and kicks, and forcibly removed from the assembly by Congress leaders. He also threatened to expose alleged corruption carried out by Gehlot in assembly and cricket elections.

Recalling the incident, Gudha stated, “Around 50 people attacked me, punched me, kicked me, and Congress leaders dragged me out of the Assembly. The Chairman of the Rajasthan Assembly did not even allow me to speak. There were allegations against me that I am with BJP. I want to know, what is my fault?”

The former minister’s allegations come after he was denied entry to the assembly following his removal from the Gehlot cabinet. A video by ANI captured the moment when Gudha tried to enter the assembly but was restrained by men in white dresses.

Narrating the events further, Gudha expressed his intention to present his red diary to the Chairman, but his attempt was thwarted. Congress leader Shanti Kumar Dhariwal reportedly pushed him, and other party leaders engaged in a physical altercation, snatching some pages from the diary. Gudha claimed that he received warnings not to attend the session, and threats of imprisonment.

In a separate incident, Gudha was dismissed from the Rajasthan cabinet shortly after he criticized the state government for its handling of recent violence against women in the election-bound state. He pointed out that the issue of women’s safety demanded urgent attention, diverting focus from Manipur.

CM Ashok Gehlot, when asked about Gudha’s removal, stated, “This is an internal matter that we will discuss among ourselves.”

As these allegations rock the political landscape, further investigations are anticipated to uncover the truth behind the claims made by Rajendra Singh Gudha against the Congress MLAs and the Chief Minister.
