Farmers block #YamunaExpressway over delay in compensation

Hundreds of farmers from various villages blocked the Yamuna Expressway near Kakaretia village here, over alleged slow distribution of compensation for damaged crops. For nearly two hours, farmers from villages of Kakretia, Sihora, Nagla Teja, Khapparpur, whose crops were been damaged in the recent untimely rains, blocked the NH demanding faster payment of compensation.
