Flat buyers protest ‘extra charges’, mull legal action before realtors hand over flats

NOIDA: Hundreds of flat buyers under the banner of Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA) assembled on Sunday at Greater Noida West to protest against the one of the major issues raised by NEFOWA is the additional ‘land acquisition charges’ that builders are allegedly adding to the final settlement bills before handing over the flats.
