FORMER MLA R P SINGH DEMANDS PUBLIC HOLIDAY ON GURU TEGBAHADUR’S MARTYRDOM GURUPURB

New Delhi, 23^rd November.   BJP National Secretary Retaining MLA Sardar R P Singh has urged the Lt. Governor of Delhi Shri Najib Jung to declare public holiday on 24^th November in Delhi to mark the Martyrdom day of Shri Guru Tegbahadur.

Sardar R P Singh has said that Shri Guru Tegbahadur sacrificed hid sons for the cause of Hindu Sikha unity.  Shri Guru Tegbahadur Sahib was a true symbol of secularism and it would be appropriate that his Martyrdom day is declare as a public holiday.
