The L G Delhi is the face of the Suited booted sarkar and not the sooj booj sarkar of the BJP if the Delhi High Court judgement is the last word in the face off between L G Delhi and Chief Minister Delhi. Several  Constitutional Experts have found the MHA Notifications thoughtless.The Supreme Court is on a vacation  and cannot sit as a Constitutional Bench.
