Gadkari launches renowned fiction author Suchita Malik’s fifth novel – ‘The Nest of the Recluse’

Delhi :  Renowned fiction author Suchita Malik released her latest book today, titled as ‘The Nest of the Recluse’. The book was launched by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari at his official residence. Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog was also present for the book launch.

Talking at the event, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said, “It has been said that literature, art and culture is hereditary and sometimes it’s the genius. But it’s also true that people with sensitive nature gather the ideas and thoughts with their life experiences, which inspires them to write.”

“The most interesting thing I found about this book is the ‘five characters’ over which the story proceeds. Behind these characters, the sensitive approach of the writer is also attached to it.” he added.

 

Suchita Malik, author of four successful novels, titled Indian Memsahib, Memsahib’s Chronicles, Women Extraordinaire and Scent of the Soil, while launching her firth novel, said, “My Journey started a decade ago and this is my fifth attempt, and I want to assure you that I don’t intend to stop here, or not stopping at all.”

She shared details about the characters and plot of the story. She also told how the story was in her mind for the last two years and how it took shape in the form of a book.

At last, she offered her thanks to the Union minister for offering her to launch the book at his residence.

Amitab Kant CEO NITI Aayog, said, “I am fortunate that I got the chance to read all the Suchita’s books. I can say she is a tremendous story teller, her books are full of amazing characters who bring creativity and emotions. This particular book ‘The Nest of the Recluse’ is a tale of five characters and each of them embroiled in very complex relation.”
