The event will be graced by eminent dignitaries from diverse fields. The Chief Guest for the occasion will be A. S. Kiran Kumar, former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation. Joining him as Guests of Honour will be R. G. Agarwal of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd., and Uma Shankar Pandey, a noted social activist and water conservationist.
