Former India opening batsman Gautam Gambhir has announced his retirement from all forms of Cricket, calling time on a career that began in 1999-2000, and has lasted almost two decades.

The 37-year-old Delhi batsman announced his decision in a video post on social media. His last match will be Delhi’s Ranji Trophy match against Andhra at his home ground, Feroz Shah Kotla, beginning on December 6.
