Ballabgarh (Faridabad, Haryana): The riot-hit victims of Atali village – who bore the brunt of the communal riots almost a month ago, prompting them to spend days at the Ballabgarh police station – have been attacked again “with swords, thrones and sticks” despite curfew restrictions, an AIMIM leader claimed.

“All this happened in broad day light. One person named Wahid is critical as he has been brutally attacked with swords. The injured are hospitalized in Gold Field Institute of Medical Science & Research. How can such an incident recur when section 144 has been in force and in presence of high security in the village,” Mohammad Afzal Khan, AIMIM Okhla ward president said in a release.
