Ghaziabad: Now a Bride Walks Away after Failing to Garland Broom in Three Attempts

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: A groom learnt the hard way just how important it is to bow before the bride so that she can garland him. A bride here walked out a marriage on Friday night when the groom was playfully lifted a little high, beyond her reach, during their marriage ceremony. The wedding was called off and the groom’s family ended up paying Rs. 5 lakh to the bride’s side for expenses incurred.
