New Delhi News (25/07/2025): The 28th edition of Gifts World Expo 2025, currently underway at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, has brought together over 700 exhibitors across five halls, showcasing an expansive range of gifting solutions. This B2B event is being hailed as one of the most comprehensive and inclusive gift industry expos in the country.

Ten News Network spoke with Himani Gulati, Director of Max Exhibition, to understand what sets this edition apart and what Max Exhibition envisions for the future.

What makes this year’s Expo special?
“This is our 28th edition and we’re incredibly excited,” said Himani Gulati. “This year, we’ve expanded into five halls with over 700 exhibitors. Special focus areas include corporate gifting, celebration and festival gifts, wedding gifting, stationery, and also an innovative product gallery, sustainable product zone, and a dedicated startup zone. All of this makes the Gift World Expo truly special in 2025.”

Response from Exhibitors and Visitors
“There’s tremendous excitement. No one had imagined that the event that started with just 30 exhibitors would grow so big. Today, we actually need golf carts to move from one hall to another. The best part is that businesses now have a single, unified platform for all their sourcing needs.”

How important are such expos for MSMEs?
“Extremely important,” emphasized Ms. Gulati. “Smaller brands and startups get an affordable opportunity to present their products to a large, targeted audience through our Startup Zone. Max Exhibition has always focused on building strong B2B platforms across industry verticals including garments, textiles, lighting, consumer electronics, and automobiles.”

What’s next for Max Exhibition?
Clarifying future plans, Ms. Gulati shared, “While Gift World Expo will expand into Mumbai in February 2026 in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt, our broader vision at Max Exhibition includes taking our other successful expension to Thailand and Canada. These international ventures are part of Max Exhibition’s mission to build global B2B bridges across various industries.”
