Good news for Noida homebuyers

Homebuyers in Noida, who are affected by the delay in the demarcation of an eco-sensitive zone around the Okhla Bird Sanctuary, will not have to pay registration charges according to current circle rates for flats completed earlier. This assurance was given to a delegation of homebuyers by district magistrate N P Singh on Monday.
