Good step from hon. Supreme Court for holding hearings in summer: Manoj Gorkela Advocate

Intro: Today, we have with us Advocate, Mr. Manoj Gorkela, vice-chairman Lawyers of the World Association. He was appointed as youngest lawyer (additional standing counsel Government of India in year 2005 and known as most hardworking young lawyer. Apart from that, he is an excellent swimmer and shooter, won many medals in these sports.

While, talking to Ten News team, he spoke about judiciary of India and some other legal issues.

TN: SC has decided to hold special hearing of important issues during summer vacations. Keeping in view high number of pending cases what do you have to say on it?
MG: It’s a very good step from honorable Supreme Court and it will definitely solve the issues of various people and it tells us the hard working of courts especially honorable Supreme Court. It will definitely give a burden to advocates.
