A two-member government panel has been formed to probe the accident that killed four children on Sunday when a car packed with firecrackers caught fire in Farookh Nagar.

The panel, comprising assistant DM (executive) Uday Singh and SP (rural) Jagdish Sharma, will submit its report to the Ghaziabad administration, DM Vimal Kumar Sharma said on Monday. Four kids, aged between three and eight years, were charred to death in a car that belonged to one of their parents and had been left unlocked.
