Govt Policies are to be blamed for stone pelting on army men / Capt (Retd) Vimal Jain #Kashmir #Indianarmy

It’s mainly on Govt policies and not much on Chief. A very little in chief’s hand.

No chief or any army man can see his brave soldier dead and that too by stone pelters or गली के गुंडे। Army’s hands r tied under Govt & Human Right commission policies.

Though there is rule of self protection to all individuals. But Our Govt even doesn’t allow army to open fire under that too.
Reason : ppl will protest next day with civilian’s dead body in hand. Politician will jam parliament working bcoz an innocent civilian (their Voter) is no more. No one can prove the dead as terrorist in court.

In fact reverse will happen, the army person who fired or ordered fire will be behind bars after an enquiry under the charge of misusing power and killing an innocent civilian.

*And this drama continues non-stop.*
अगर ये मरा हुआ soldier एक अमेरिकन या इज़रायली होता तो मारने वाले और उसके साथी को घर से निकाल कर गोली मारते। And their Govts would have promoted and awarded those courageous soldiers.
