‘Haryana’s excise policy will affect small restaurants’

The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI), which represents nearly 1,700 members including hotels, restaurants and associates from North India, has expressed extreme concern over the Haryana Government’s decision to increase licence fee by 100 per cent and levy assessment fee on imported liquor under its Excise Policy 2015-16 unveiled earlier this month.
