Hawelia Group to build new towers in Valenova Park

Hawelia Group has completed its first phase and has launched new towers in its luxury project Hawelia Valenova Park. Ideally located in Greater Noida (west), Valenova Park has got its approval from Army Group Insurance Fund (AGIF). The approval from AGIF will entitled army personnel to book a flat of their choice in Hawelia Valenova Park on a lower interest rate.

The move has come at a time when “Hawelia Valenova Park is already getting very encouraging reviews and overwhelming response from its customers,” Nikhil Hawelia, managing director, Hawelia Group said.

Hawelia Valenova Park is a gated 4 acres development with podium design concept for people to rejuvenate and enjoy the openness of nature’s bounty. The project comprises up to 21 storeys of fully furnished 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1,120 sq ft upto 1870 sq ft. The basic price range starts from Rs. 3,100/- per sq feet.

Talking about the location advantage Nikhil Hawelia said, “The location of the project has recently seen major changes such as improved infrastructure and connectivity. The recent decision of widening of NH-24 will have a positive impact on the real estate activity of the region because it is the main linking highway to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and regions of Ghaziabad. We expect at least an increase of 15 per cent after the completion of the project.”

The project is a certified earthquake resistant structure and boasts of amenities like 24×7 three tier hi-tech security with video door phone, dual level ample parking area and a large green area with 80 per cent open area. The company doesn’t intend to give phase wise delivery and the project would be handed over to all buyers once completion is over. The deadline for the phase II of the project stands December 2016.
