Hc rejects Aap plea for Vvpat Evms In Mcd Polls

High Court has dismissed the AAP’s petition in which he had requested to attach VVPAT machine with EVM for voting in MCD Elections. The petition was filed by the AAP pleading to avoid any kind of disturbance for the municipal elections to be held on April 23. The High Court dismissed the petition saying that the court can not make such a decision at the last minute.
