Heavy Rainfall at isolated places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Saurashtra & Kutch, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Puducherry & Karaikal and Kerala & Mahe.
