Hon’ble members of the ‘Co-ordination Committee of All District Court Bar Associations of Delhi’ are requested not to undertake the proposed march from Patiala House Court Complex towards 7 Race Course Road on Thursday i.e. 23.04.2015. The Prohibitory order u/s 144 Cr.P.C. is already in place in the area of Sub-Division Chanakyapuri covering Rashtrapati Bhawan, Prime Minister’s residence and Central Vista Lawns. Delhi Police, therefore, appeals members of the Bar Associations to stand by the side of Law which society expects from you being the officer of the Court.
