I.T.S Dental College, Greater Noida organized a Guest Lecture “Motivation and Stress Management” on 18th of April 2014. Mr. Ram Singal , Director, Engineering Services and Design Consulting Firm, New York was the guest Speaker of the day.
The guest speaker conveyed to the audience that the best way to be stress free and feel happy is by doing something good to others. He also emphasized that a person should concentrate on finishing his own work rather than seeing what other person is doing.
Brother Ram Singal emphasized on controlling the mind and thoughts with positive thinking, which he explained with interesting examples and a lucid presentation. He was impressed by the services offered by the Dental Hospital in the form of comprehensive dental treatment to the rural and semi urban population and received a tremendous response from all students and faculty members.
This was followed by a small felicitation program for the top 10 meritorious students of 4th year B.D.S batch who excelled in academics and students who showed best academic improvement. Dr.Puneet Ahuja, Principal I.T.S Dental College Greater Noida and Mr. Ram Singal gave away the silver medal and certificates to the meritorious students. The program was attended by 400 UG/ PG students and Faculty member.
Mr. Ram Singal was then felicitated by Dr. Puneet Ahuja. The program ended with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Puneet Ahuja.
