New Delhi, 19 July 2022: In conversation with the Ten News Network, Nitin Nagrale, founder, HPMF talks about the 5th Edition India International Hospitality Expo (IHE) 2022.
IHE is one of the biggest Hospitality fairs organised in the country by the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida which is going to be scheduled for the month of August. It is also an opportunity and an ideal platform for all hospitality professionals to learn and exchange ideas and showcase new technologies and innovations.
Mr Nitin Nagrale began by congratulating India Expo Mart Chairman Dr. Rakesh Kumar and the team behind the creation of IHE. He notes that the F&B industry is reviving and has bounced back in the last four months. “There are many domestic partners who are now participating and dominating the market and the market is going through a lot of growth and changes.”
Nagrale says that this year the difference is that the focus is more on better technology and making eco-friendly products, which is easily accessible and made in India.
He also remarks that that has been an evolution in demand for products – earlier it was purely a demand for products. Then the focus shifted to the brand. Now the focus is on the brands which are made in India. Earlier the international brands used to dominate the market but since the growth of IHE the tables have turned now, domestic players have come into the picture.
Lastly, he gives a message to the business visitors and advises them to be keen and alert; to be open to learning. He believes one must focus on networking and developing relationships.
