India is not fully prepared to counter a 26/11 situation : SHRAVAN KR SHARMA

Though I have no access to the system,but my perception is that India is not fully prepared to counter a 26/11 situation,neither logistically nor mentally.We suffer from procrastination and casual attitude that is very fatal for an individual,equally for a nation.We don’t want to learn from history or even recent past.We waste time in unproductive politics.
