New Delhi News (19 November, 2025): The three-day Dr. Pritam Singh Memorial & FORE International Management Conference (PRISM–FIMC), 2025 was organised at Hotel Holiday Inn Aerocity New Delhi, with an inaugural ceremony marked by the traditional lighting of the lamp. The conference, scheduled from 19 to 21 November, brought together industry leaders, academicians, policymakers and management scholars for an intensive dialogue on leadership, global shifts and the future of education. The conference was organised by The Team of Dr Pritam Singh Memorial led by P DwarkaNath , Dr H Chaturvedi , Dr Bhimaraya Meitry , Dr Ravi Jain and Dr Subir Sharma and his Fore Team.

T G Sitharam, Chairman , AICTE and India Co Chair Working Group of AI Impact India Summit 2026 was the Chief Guest for the inaugural session.

Also Dr. Pritam Singh’s 84th birth anniversary celebration turned into a powerful reflection on India’s leadership future as T. G. Sitharam paid an emotional tribute, calling Dr. Singh a rare visionary who transformed both institutions and individuals. He urged the audience to stand and applaud Dr. Pritam Singh’s lifelong contribution to management education and leadership development.

In his address, Sitharam said the world is witnessing unprecedented disruptions that are redefining industries, societies and human identity itself. He explained that technological upheaval has never been seen at such a scale in human history. This wave, he said, is not just reshaping businesses but altering how people perceive themselves. He also highlighted the shifting geopolitical landscape, observing that the world is no longer unipolar and that America is no more the singular global leader. Trade dynamics, tariff policies and economic relationships are rapidly transforming, pushing nations toward a circular and sustainable model of development.

Amid this complex global churn, Sitharam stressed that preparing future-ready leaders is India’s foremost challenge. He said tomorrow’s leaders must be geopolitically aware, technologically fluent and deeply conscious of sustainability. Leadership, he emphasised, is no longer about authority but adaptability, and modern leadership thrives not on hierarchy but on harmony. He called for a new mindset that can guide India confidently through the emerging global complexities.
Sitharam also expressed concern over India’s higher education participation. While nearly 29 percent of students who complete Class 12 enter university, the target set by the National Education Policy 2020 is to raise this figure to 50 percent. He noted that India took 54 years after Independence to reach just 10 percent, and from 2001 to 2025 the country managed to add 18 percent more. However, the next decade—from 2025 to 2035—must deliver a further growth of 21 percent to meet the national goal.
The inaugural session concluded with the presentation of the Dr. Pritam Singh Corporate Awards and the Dr. Pritam Singh Academia Awards, celebrating excellence by the TG Sitharam . The event also witnessed the launch of three significant books centered on leadership, organisational excellence and contemporary challenges, including “Building a Future-Ready India” authored by T. G. Sitharam.
