New Delhi, 5 May 2022: The Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Thursday organised the first National Conference and Awards on Industry 4.0 in New Delhi.
The event was graced by the presence of Arun Chawla, Director General, FICCI, Anupriya Patel, State Minister of Commerce and Industry, Amitabh Kant, CEO, Niti Aayog, Sanjiv Mehta, President, FICCI among others.
“The contribution of India towards Global Manufacturing is less than 2%. India needs to create a brand identity for the country, that is where industry 4.0 can help,” said Rajeev Singh, Co-Chairman, FICCI in his address.
Anupriya Patel said, “Look at the journey of the startup ecosystem in the country. India has the third largest startup ecosystem in the world. Whether it is startups, ease of doing business, or unicorns. I assure you that the government of India stands by you and we are here to support and facilitate you.’
