New Delhi, June 29, 2022: On Tuesday, the Export Promotion Council of Handicrafts organized its 23rd Handicrafts Export Awards. The awards honor the exporters who have made significant contributions to the country’s development and exports of handicrafts. Rajat Agarwal and Prakash Agarwal from H.R. Desiigns from Moradabad were certified for excellent growth in metal hardware.
H.R. Desiigns deals with designing metal, stone, and glass handicraft art wares. They market their products in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Rajat Agarwal said that he would dedicate this award “to my father and my family who have supported me in every aspect, and to all my staff in our factory who have supported us, to our service providers and suppliers.”
“If you will do the hard work and if you are innovative with the designs and if you maintain good relations with the buyers, it will definitely help you grow,” Rajat stated when asked about advice for fellow handicrafts exporters.
“EPCH is supporting us a lot and the exhibitions that they are doing are very good. Even in the COVID times, they held virtual meetings and virtual exhibitions,” Rajat said. “And they have given us very good customers to us. It is good to be a part of the EPCH.”
Rajat Agarwal shared that his success mantra is “to work hard and be good in your quality and deliveries.”
