International Arts Festival | The dance performance of Jai Ganesh and others mesmerized the audience

New Delhi, December 21, 2022: The 15-day long “Delhi International Arts Festival – Where Bharat Meets India” is enthralling dance, music and drama lovers and people continue to enjoy it here at kartavya path ,India Gate  .On the 6th day of the Delhi International Arts Festival, the amazing performance of Jai Ganesh dance choreographed by dance guru Kanak Sudhakar by Delhi’s Sunaina Dance Sansthan enthralled the audience. Apart from this, the dance performance of Jeeva Nadi by Samanvaya Dance Group of Bengaluru also enthralled the audience. Today’s program ended with Kavi Sandhi of Hemant Kukreti of Delhi.

 Film Barfi directed by Anurag Basu was shown at the film festival in the auditorium of Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts today under the Delhi International Arts Festival. A large number of spectators were present to watch the film. Films are being shown absolutely free of cost in this film festival.

Renowned dancer Padmashree Pratibha Prahlad, the founder director of the festival, told that on December 27, 28 and 29, a wonderful presentation  of  dance will be seen on the kartavya path  when more than 250 artists from all over the country will present dance on the same stage on the same day. Apart from this, Walking with Mahatma on 22 December and Warrior Women of Bharat  on 28 and 29 December will also be special. In this edition of Delhi International Arts Festival 2022, more than 800 renowned artists from all over India are participating.

Pratibha Prahlad said, “This year is special in many ways. It is the 75th year of independence of our beloved country from the colonial rule. On the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, India is chairing the G-20 and we all are going through the Corona virus lockdown Coming out of the darkness, a new power, new light, new direction is coming in India. Padma Shri Pratibha Prahlad said that keeping in mind the theme, we salute the warriors who fought for freedom.
