New Delhi, 30th July: Jaypee Group of Hotels, have been felicitated with two National Awards at the recently concluded National Tourism Awards function held at the Vigyan Bhawan on July 30, 2016. Jaypee Vasant Continental, New Delhi has been awarded as the “Best Eco Friendly Hotel” and Jaypee Greens Golf Course, Greater Noida has been awarded as the “Best Tourism Friendly Golf Course”. The awards were given by the H’ble speaker of the Lok Sabha, Smt. Sumitra Mahajan along with Dr. Mahesh Sharma, H’ble Minister of State(Independent Charge) for Tourism & Culture.
Dr. Mahesh Sharma, H’ble Minister of State for Tourism & Culture (Independent Charge) presided over this function. The award function witnessed H’ble Ministers, Central and State Government Officials, Members from the Travel and Hospitality Industry and prestigious media.

These National Awards are presented by the Ministry of Tourism, are held annually, to recognize performance of the various segments of Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industry with an aim to promote tourism.
