Today’s press conference is for the regularization, Sanction of shop cum Residence complex. Front facade will be maintained as per revised standard facade control drawing in case of re-construction of buildings in shop-cum-residence complex. Front corridor / covered veranda for public circulation shall be strictly maintained as was applicable in earlier standard plans, says Shikha Rai.
