The latest instance involves Karachi resident Ameena, who chose a virtual ‘nikah’ with Arbaaz after facing challenges in obtaining an Indian visa for their marriage. Arbaaz expressed his decision, saying, “Ameena will apply for the visa. I didn’t marry in Pakistan as it would not be recognized, and we would have to remarry on reaching India.”

On the auspicious day, Arbaaz, a chartered accountant, accompanied by friends and family, arrived at Jodhpur’s Oswal Samaj Bhawan for the virtual wedding.
