Ma Foi K Pandiarajan Launches Rural Skill Building Initiative

Launched Ma Foi Career Centre (MCC) in seven districts today, Plans to open 242 centres across the country by 2023 to serve 748 Indian districts

New Delhi, 7th December 2021: India’s one of the successful couple-preneurs who had revolutionised the Indian employment landscape by introducing the organised HR services in 1992, Mr. and Mrs. Pandiarajan today announced their new skill building initiative for Rural India – ‘Ma Foi Career Centre’ (MCC), with an aim to build the diversified Indian workforce as ‘contributors’ and ‘innovators’ for the future. MCC, through its collaboration with government departments and large private enterprises, offers the much needed Career Guidance, Assessments, Skills Training, Life Skills Training and Career Placement to the rural youth seeking employment across industry verticals within the Indian work force.

Launched under CIEL HR Services, one of the leading AI-driven HR services firm in the country and Ma Foi Strategic Consultants, MCC is specifically designed for providing the services to Indian rural districts and will be opened in 242 centres to serve around 30-35 lakh adult population per location by the end of the calendar year – 2023. As part of the launch, MCC was today inaugurated in seven locations simultaneously across Tamil Nadu – Coimbatore, Thiruvallur, Chengalpet, Trichy, Madurai, Salem and Chennai.

Commenting on the launch, K. Pandiarajan, Executive Chairman – Ma Foi Group and CIEL HR Services said, “With MCC, our primary goal is to provide a platform, for the rural youth, that is dedicated to skilling and reskilling for a changing economy and to strengthen India’s economy by connecting people with good job opportunities. We will be opening a total of 242 centres nation-wide by the end of 2023 that will be working closely with the respective government departments and corporate firms to create a positive impact across 748 districts in the country. Considering skills development is not a time-limited and onetime only transfer of knowledge, I am confident that MCC will play its role and help strengthen our economy, build a resilient workforce, and help workers get skills for good jobs and, ultimately, thriving careers. We will integrate the brick and mortar MCCs’ with a digital platform to build community of skill cohorts, employers, government facilitators, skill training institutions, academic institutions and MCC consultants.”

“The launch of MCC marks a significant milestone in our journey of representing the voices of people for almost 30 years in India and globe. Today, technology is changing so fast that everyone must be learning on an ongoing basis. Now with global connectedness from IoT and cloud, there is less pressure to be in urban locations. The current pandemic has also brought in a significant shift where many organizations are considering rural expansion to reduce risks associated with urban cities. Having spent close to 30 years in the employment space, we just wanted to ensure that we are doing what is relevant and more importantly playing our part in a more meaningful manner”. added, Latha Rajan, Co-Founder – Ma Foi Group and CIEL HR Services.
