Mamata Banerjee meets Sonia, prepares strategies over president elections

Mamata Banerjee, Chief Minister of West Bengal   met Congress president Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi on Tuesday  and discussed various issues including  BJP’s strategy regarding upcoming president
 election.

After the meeting, Mamata Banerjee told media,  we have  discussed important issues regarding politics and president election.

 However, she stated that no name has been discussed as of now. Mamata has stressed for the need of a united opposition candidate to put up a tough fight against NDA.

She further said that another meeting will be held within next two weeks to discuss possible candidature for the president election.
