Manish Sisodia orders high level investigation in Tughlaqabad gas leak incident.

As per the reports, around 107 students from Rani Jhansi Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya were hospitalised after a gas leak from a container in Pul Pehladpur in Tughlaqabad area of capital on Saturday morning. The school is near the area where the gas leak occurred. The vice principal of the school said that 50-60 students had been hospitalised. The whole school was vacated.

27 students have been admitted to Batra hospital, 53 students to E.S.I. Hospital, 25 students to Majidiya Hospital and 5 students to Apolo Hospital.
Romil Baniya, DCP, South-East said that , no student was critical. They are feeling much better and were handed over to parents.

Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister, said that, I have already ordered the area district magistrate and SDM to start a high level investigation into the gas leakage incident at the container depot. There was also an exam in the school which we have been cancelled after the incident.
